Does education mean succes?

Nowadays many people around the world have a chance to be educated.

However, definitely not ALL educated people reached success in their lives.

First of all, we must understand what does word “success” mean. From my point of view, it has a wide range of meanings that are different for each person.

For example, for a person living in comfortable circumstances in a big city success may mean to have their own business, to earn lots of money, to be famous and respected, etc. That is clear but let’s take a poor person living far from modern facilities, lacking money, clothes and food. Isn’t it a success for them if they move to a city, find a job and can provide themselves with all they need?

Actually in both situations education can really help. Yes, you need education for a good job but it doesn’t guarantee that you will reach success. The point is that you need much more qualities like purposefulness, will to win, diligence.

What is more, success can mean not only you career and wellness. What about love and friendship? For some people the most important thing is their family. Therefore, they can be not very rich and have a simple job but they will be happy carrying about people they love. That’s why they would be really successful. Do they need to be very educated for that? Obviously no. (Especially when someone provides them with money or something, so they don’t need to work.)

To sum up, I’d like to say that education is probably a very important thing you shouldn’t ignore because it can really help you in life. Yes, it can only help you reach success but your success depends on you and your qualities.
